Creation and design of a 20 hour, 6-module, online course designed to guide participants in the journey from equity talk to equity walk. Modules include (1) creating a supportive course climate; (2) anti-racist pedagogy; (3) taking pride in supporting LGBTQ+ ; (4) inclusive pedagogy in online teaching and learning; (5) learning from our students; and (6) moving from equity talk to equity walk.

Graduate Certificate/Professional Development.
The inter-disciplinary Teacher Leadership and Instructional Coaching 10-credit online certificate/professional development program prepares participants to think beyond their current instructional practices. Research-based practices and client-centered coaching techniques are emphasized. Participants cultivate an astute ability to collaborate with others while providing mentorship, encouragement, and personalized support. Communicating and demonstrating instructional practices, shown to result in increased client engagement and achievement, are highlighted throughout the program. Servant leadership, social justice, and working for the common good are intertwined throughout the curriculum.
